West Coast Classics presents an absolutely exceptional example of this one previous owner and completely rust free 1967 Plymouth Belvdere Satellite Convertible with the correct 'H' code Commando 383/325HP 4BBl V8 engine and boasting its original 'Bright Red' factory color paint and very striking original 'White Western Scroll' vinyl seats interior and matching 'White' power soft top and with its original optional factory AM radio, 4 speed manual floor shift transmission, and with 'Vintage' air conditioning. 1 of only 2,050 top-of-the-line Satellite Convertibles built in 1967 and one of very few optioned with this high performance Commando 383/325HP V8 engine let alone with the 4 speed manual transmission; one very rare car!

This particular example has the top-of-the-line Satellite front bucket seats and center console with the 4 speed manual transmission, fender mounted turn signals, deluxe wheel covers & additional interior lighting. The Satellite was a continuation of Plymouth's Sport Fury line in 1965 but was now a true intermediate and was the Belvederes top series car and
the Satellite models had more chrome and stainless steel trim than their counterparts and the interiors were more fancy and they had a softer suspension for a smoother ride.

Powered by a 383 cid, high-output, 325HP Commando V-8 engine with four-barrel carburetor; paired with a four-speed manual transmission

Interior features Vintage Air system, Hurst shifter, and FM/Bluetooth receiver in glovebox

The 1967 Satellite was a carryover from 1966, but there were several trim changes. A new grille featured dual side-by-side headlights, a change in the rear trunk finish panel and taillights included multiple horizontal ribs. For 1966 and 1967, the interior vinyl seats and door panels were treated to a unique 'Western Scroll' design which mimicked tooled leather in appearance. This was the 'premium' interior shared with the GTX in 1967. For 1966 and 1967 the Satellite was again offered only in 2-door hardtop and convertible body styles and was powered by V8 engines. The convertibles were a very low production model.

Finished with one repaint in it's original factory 'Bright Red' color with a striking
'Western Scroll' interior with the White power soft top in excellent shape and the car having a Black tonneau cover. The floor boards, trunk and all the typical rust-prone areas are rust free and the car shows no indication of any accidents - obviously an always garaged and cherished car since new! Components reportedly replaced or refurbished under previous owner from whom we acquired the car include wiring harnesses, steering box, clutch assembly, starter, alternator, convertible top motor and hydraulic cylinders, gas tank, fuel pump, front sway bars, rear air shocks, and tires. Fitted with dual Magnaflow mufflers and accompanied by spare Edelbrock high-rise intake manifold, two valve covers, and Pertronic ignition system.

The Belvedere Satellite of 1967 had terrific styling and few American automakers were doing a better job projecting a young, hip image in tune with the times of the swinging mid-sixties and these intermediate size models had a sophisticated but sporty cachet amongst their peers. The 1967 Plymouth Belvedere Satellite Convertible was a superbly styled car equally suited for cruising the open road as it was around town.

This is a rare opportunity to own a great daily driving and never abused example of a very well maintained and kept and rust free 1967 Plymouth Satellite Convertible with its muscular 383/325HP V8 engine in very fine and mostly completely stock and original condition throughout!
