Obviously always well maintained and serviced with no signs of any accidents and owned and driven since new by obviously very careful and mature southern California owners since new! The body is in beautiful condition with only very minor imperfections noticeable upon very close inspection. The interior is also in beautiful condition throughout with virtually no signs of wear and there is absolutely no rust and the spacious interior of this full-size wagon rivals any in its class.

The car will be sold with its original owners manuals, Protecto-plate, & brochures; the vehicle drives exactly like such a well maintained and serviced vehicle should and must be driven and seen to be truly appreciated! The highly desirable optional factory big block 'K' code 429 V8 320HP engine is extremely strong with no noticeable oil leaks and the temperature always remains cool.

For 1969 Ford's premium wagon was called the Ford Ltd Country Squire Wagon. This was the first year of the 6th generation Country Squire Wagon, a full size station wagon built between 1950-91 and with the sixth generation built between 1969-72. The Country Squire Wagon was the top-of-the-line wagon built by Ford and was originally built in 1950 as a full 'woodie' until the mid fifties when the rear body was fiberglass covered by a vinyl applique simulating real wood and with later generations being all steel bodies also with simulated wood trim and panels, although it should be noted that the Country Squire Wagon could also be ordered without wood and prior to 1974 these models were called the Ranch Wagon, the Del Rio, the Parklane and the Country Sedan. In mid 1969 the 302 Windsor V8 was phased out in favor of the 351 Windsor V8 with optional engines of the 390 or the 429 V8.

Without a doubt, this is one very fine example of this highly desirable fully loaded 1969 Ford Ltd Country Squire 429 V8 Wagon fully loaded with options including the optional 429 V8 engine! Certainly, you will look long and hard to find a finer or such an unabused model available anywhere else!
